About

A modern legal advisory practice built around how businesses actually operate.

Lakeshore was founded on a simple premise: businesses should be able to access experienced legal judgment without having to choose between ad hoc legal support and building a full-time internal legal department.

We provide senior legal counsel through flexible engagements, combining corporate and regulatory experience with a practical understanding of the commercial realities facing founders, executives and management teams.

01

Commercially focused

Legal advice should help move a decision forward. We identify the legal considerations, put risk in context and provide practical guidance on the way forward.

02

Flexible by design

Support is structured around what the business actually needs—whether ongoing Fractional General Counsel support or a defined corporate, regulatory, transactional or estate-related engagement.

03

Predictable

Fees are agreed in advance through monthly retainers or defined project/fixed-fee arrangements, providing greater certainty over legal spend.

04

Technology enabled

Modern tools and structured matter management support efficient delivery, while a secure client portal gives clients greater visibility into their work.
